Vehicle Intelligence Tools & Analytics for Logistics and Sustainment (VITALS™) is General Dynamics Land Systems’ solution for predictive and prognostic maintenance (PPMx).

VITALS™ provides forward-looking, decision-actionable logistics information to troops and their leaders through five modules based on artificial intelligence and machine learning: Maintenance App, Vehicle Module, Digital Motorpool, Command Module and Fleet Management Module.

Portions of VITALS™ already are fielded within the U.S. Army Stryker Brigade Combat Teams and are being experimented on throughout the Army – even on non-General Dynamics platforms.

VITALS™ increases operational readiness rates while decreasing logistics footprints and reducing lifecycle costs. It also increases combat power and fleet situational awareness while reducing risk, allowing commanders, at echelon, to be better armed to make decisions in any situation.
